How long does it take to build a website?

Most Starter websites are completed within 1-2 weeks. Professional sites typically take 2-3 weeks depending on complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline during our initial consultation.

What is website hosting?

Hosting is what keeps your website online and reachable 24/7. Every website lives on a server — a computer that's always on and connected to the internet — so when someone types your address, the server delivers your site to their browser. Without hosting, your website simply doesn't exist on the internet.

We handle the technical side for you: setup, server management, security, backups, and performance. You don't need to learn servers, DNS, or any of the jargon — we keep your site fast, safe, and live so you can focus on your business.

What's included in the monthly hosting fee?

Hosting includes your website being live 24/7 with 99.9% uptime, a free SSL certificate (the padlock icon) protected by Cloudflare, daily backups, security monitoring, and basic maintenance. Your first month is free with any website package.

Can I update the website myself after launch?

Yes. We can build your site with a content management system that lets you make text and image updates on your own. For structural changes or new features, we're always available to help.

Do I own my website?

Absolutely. You own 100% of your website's code, content, and design. If you ever decide to move to a different host, we'll help you with the transition at no extra charge.

What if I need changes after the site is live?

Minor updates like text changes, image swaps, or small tweaks are included in your hosting plan. Larger additions like new pages or features can be quoted separately at fair rates.

Do you offer refunds?

We work closely with you throughout the build process so there are no surprises at launch. If for any reason we can't deliver what was agreed upon, we'll work with you to make it right.
