Most agency sites open with a photograph of a door. This one opens with the list, because that is what people came for. Filter it, or read it straight through.

Before the viewing

What to look at
while the agent
talks.

An agency website is more useful when it tells people something they can act on. A real agency can put its own version of this here.

Go twice, at different times

Morning light and evening noise are different houses. Ask to see it once on a weekday and once at the weekend.

Open something that isn’t a door

The loft hatch, the meter cupboard, the window that is painted shut. Sellers expect it; good agents encourage it.

Ask what has been replaced

Roof, wiring, boiler, windows — and when. The answer is more useful than any adjective in the listing.

Stand outside for five minutes

Parking, traffic, the walk from the bus. It is the part of the property you cannot change afterwards.

Request a viewing

Ask to see one.

Pick a listing and a rough window. A real agency replies with a time, and tells you who will be there.

Viewing request demo. Nothing is sent, stored, or arranged, and no appointment is held. Use sample details. Do not enter financial information, identification, or proof-of-funds documents here.

No viewing is booked by this preview. A real agency confirms access with the seller first.
